Dear Human Rights defender/activist,
Human rights support society is going to organize a workshop for the Human Rights Defender, those who are committed to establish peace and justice through ensuring human rights and working to promote and protect human rights, specially focus on general introduction to international human rights, investigation approach as well as an overview of major issues in Bangladesh. We are seeking 50 participants from all over the country who are passionate to work on Human Rights issues. One of the objectives of the workshop is enable participants to support and work as Human Rights Defender by increasing understanding and skills on human rights. By the end of this workshop, you should be able to understand basic notions of the human rights law, as well as the concept and development of human rights throughout history and in the current international context. You should also be able to identify and reflex on some specific issues in the human rights itinerary.
